![Strawberry Tart with Strawberry Preserves
Create your own strawberry tart - a delicious way to show how much you love and care 🍓
🌟 Ingredients (Serves 6):
For the Almond Shortcrust Pastry:
90g icing sugar, 200g flour, 60g ground almonds, 1 egg, 110g very cold butter, 1 pinch of salt
For the Almond Cream:
50g softened butter, 120g sugar, 1 egg, 120g ground almonds, 8cl single cream
For the Topping:
9 tsp Bonne Maman Strawberry Preserves, 250g strawberries
🌟 Instructions:
1. [Pastry] Mix dry ingredients, rub in diced butter until breadcrumb-like, then add egg and knead into dough. Chill for at least an hour.
2. [Almond Cream] Beat softened butter with sugar, add egg, almonds and cream, then chill in a piping bag until use.
3. [Preheat Oven] Roll out dough to line a 22-cm tart tin, chill 30 minutes, then bake at 170°C for 10 minutes.
4. [Fill & Bake] Pipe almond cream into crust, bake for another 20 minutes and let cool completely.
5. [Glaze & Serve] Spread half the Bonne Maman Starwberry Preserves, arrange strawberry slices and glaze with the remaining jam thinned with water. Chill before serving.

親手製作草莓果醬撻，讓每一口都傳達愛 🍓
🌟 酥皮材料（6人份）：
糖粉 90g、低筋麵粉200g、杏仁粉 60g、蛋1顆、冰凍牛油 110g 、鹽少許
🌟 杏仁醬材料：
牛油 50g、砂糖 120g、蛋 1顆、杏仁粉 120g 、奶油 8ml
🌟 裝飾材料：
Bonne Maman 草莓果醬 9茶匙、草莓 250g
🌟 做法：
1. 【酥皮】 篩勻乾料，加入牛油搓粒，加入蛋揉成麵團後放入雪櫃冰足一小時。
2. 【杏仁奶油】將牛油和砂糖攪拌，加入蛋、杏仁粉和奶油，製作成順滑的杏仁醬，放入雪櫃待用。
3. 【預熱焗烤】將麵團擀平，鋪入直徑 22cm 的撻模，放入冰箱 30分鐘，以 170°C 焗烤 10 分鐘。
4. 【填充再焗】將杏仁醬擠入塔底，再焗烤 20分鐘，冷卻。
5. 【抹醬裝飾】塗上部分 Bonne Maman 草莓果醬，擺上切片草莓，最後刷上調稀的果醬，冷藏即成。

![[Festive Cocktail Recipe] Celebrate this Halloween with a sweet ‘n spooky cocktail 🎃
Ingredients (for syrup): 30mL of Maple Syrup, 125mL of Unsweetened pomegranate Juice, 30mL of Water, 1 tablespoon of Bonne Maman Orange Jam, Star Anise
Ingredients (for a cocktail - 27cl): 30mL of Orange Juice, 30mL of Lemon Juice, 150mL of Unsweetened Pomegranate Juice, 60mL of Water, 4-5pcs of Ice Cubes, 6 tablespoons of Syrup
Garnish: White Sugar, Cinnamon Stick, Star Anise, Orange Slice
1️⃣ Bring the maple syrup, pomegranate juice and water to a boil, then add Bonne Maman Orange Jam and stir. Add the star anise and thicken the mixture to the texture of syrup. Leave to cool.
2️⃣ Squeeze an orange & a lemon, then strain the fresh juices through a sieve to remove all the pulp
3️⃣ Mix 30mL of lemon juice, 30mL of orange juice, 150mL of pomegranate juice, 60mL of water and 6 teaspoons of syrup in a shaker / other container
4️⃣ Pass a citrus fruit around the rim of the glass before placing it in the white sugar
5️⃣ Place at least 4 ice cubes in the glass and pour the cocktail
6️⃣ Garnish with a slice of orange, a cinnamon stick and star anise
Tips:
• If the syrup thickens too quickly, add a bit of water.
• Add ice cubes for its full flavor & extra freshness

【季節限定食譜】 萬聖節就到 🎃 不如整返杯南瓜色嘅雞尾酒賀賀佢！
材料（糖漿 - 3杯份量）: 30毫升楓糖漿、125毫升無糖石榴汁、30毫升水、1大匙 Bonne Maman 香橙果醬、八角
材料（雞尾酒 - 1杯 27cl)：30毫升橙汁、30毫升檸檬汁、150毫升無糖石榴汁、60毫升水、4-5塊冰塊、6茶匙糖漿
材料（裝飾用）：白糖、肉桂棒、八角、橙片
1️⃣ 在鍋中將楓糖漿、石榴汁和水煮沸，加入 Bonne Maman 香橙果醬，拌勻後加入八角，煮至糖漿狀並放涼。
2️⃣ 擠出橙汁及檸檬汁，用篩子過濾掉所有果肉。
3️⃣ 用搖酒器或其他容器將檸檬汁、橙汁、石榴汁、水及糖漿混合。
4️⃣ 用柑橘類水果塗抹杯緣，然後放入白糖中，形成糖圈。
5️⃣ 在杯中放入至少4塊冰塊，倒入雞尾酒。
6️⃣ 加入橙片、肉桂棒及八角作點綴。
小貼士：
• 如糖漿變稠過快，加入一點水。
• 加冰能大大提升滋味及清涼口感！
