200g Greek-style yogurt (or thick plain yogurt)
2-3 tbsp honey or powdered sugar (to taste)
4 heaped teaspoons Bonne Maman Blueberry Jam
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Preparation
Step 1 - Prepare the base
In a bowl, mix the yoghurt, honey (or powdered sugar) and vanilla if using. Taste and adjustthe sugar according to your preferences.
Step 2 - Fill the jars
Place a spoonful of blueberry jam at the bottom of each jar.
Add the yoghurt mixture on top, filling to the top.
For a marbled effect, mix lightly with a chopstick or spoon.
Step 3 - Freezing
Smooth the top, adding a small stick if you want to unmold them like popsicles (optional).
Place in the freezer for 3 to 4 hours, until set but not too hard.
Step 4 - To enjoy
Let stand for 5 min at room temperature before eating, to make them creamier.
Serve as is or with a few fresh blueberries on top for a wow factor.
