4 large slices of bread (stale)
200 g milk (coconut milk)
50 g brown sugar
2 eggs
1 vanilla pod
5 g butter / slice of bread
200 g whipping cream
30 g icing sugar
handful of chopped pistachios
2 kiwis
Preparation
Step 1
Mix the milk, sugar, eggs and vanilla seeds together.
Step 2
Soak the bread in the mixture.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a frying pan, and lay the bread in it. Leave the bread to brown on one side then turn it over to brown on the other side.
Step 4
Whip the cream and add the icing sugar at the end.
Step 5
Add some whipped cream to each slice of French toast, with 1 tbsp of Bonne Maman Strawberry Jam, pieces of Kiwis and the chopped pistachios.
